1. Subscription Billing
· Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly/annually), depending on the selected package.
· Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
2. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods like Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking & UPI. Your payment information is securely processed through Razorpay.
3. Automatic Renewal
· Subscriptions is not automatically renewed. Please renew before the due date.
· You will receive a notification prior to the renewal date to update your billing information or cancel the subscription.
4. Late or Failed Payments
If payment fails, we will notify you via email, and you must update your payment information promptly. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
5. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance, and you will have the option to continue or cancel your subscription.
